Although receptionist in very busy she is very patient and tries to be helpful. It would be helpful if I could activate the website for my husband as he is very busy at work and it is difficult for him to get into the surgery. The doctor is very kind and understanding and wants to help.

This is a really great practice, my only issue is with booking appointments :( I try to book online which is very easy to do once you have registered your interest. The reception staff are really very helpful indeed they are on most occasions very busy but still have time for you by being very polite and professional. I must say a huge thanks to Dr Clarke she is in my opinion one of the best GP's I have come across. Please can you sort out your web site its very difficult to use and find things on it !

I haven't been to your practice so I don't want to comment on whether it is good or bad, however I am highly unlikely to join your practice purely based on the poor website. In this day and age, a website is crucially important for any type of business. Yours is very difficult to use and hard to find any of the information I was looking for. I would suggest that this is looked at as a matter of urgency. It took me a few minutes of looking to even find a phone number or address.
